Owners who are not willing to rent out their property are welcome to take advantage of our Management & Maintenance service.

For owners who wish to rent their property personally or using the services of another tour operator/travel agent, and use us only to maintain the property, meet guests on airport, assist guests while they have rented your property, give/accept keys, etc., we are offering the service Management & Maintenance Plus+. We will look after and keep your property in good order at any time. This also includes full organisation of paperwork, permanent communication with the property owner at all time, visiting of the property once on every two weeks to make sure that everything is fine, representation of the property owner before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.). Our local team will also pay the utility bills and annual local tax on your behalf. If any repairs are needed we can arrange for a qualified technical person to visit the place and fix the problem.
Please note that the annual charge does not include the cost of the bills or services provided.

For extra 100 Euros we are able to provide cleaning and ventilation of your property once per month.

The most important requirement, which we have, is that the property is connected to an electronic security system with live security guards (costs approx. 10 Euros per month + equipment). We also must have a key from the property and a power of attorney in order to provide these services.

We reserve the right not to accept a certain property for servicing.

This service is suitable for property owners who are only interested in our services to manage and maintain their property, prepare if for rental (cleaning & laundry), organise the licensing for letting, meet guests on airport, assist guests locally, give/accept keys, pay bills, etc.

Please note that with this service we will not be running marketing activities to let your property, and this has to be done by the property owner or another tour operator. Also, rental payments and your income/expenses accountancy and cash flows must be organised by you personally or by another agency.

We charge 250 Euros per year, plus 10% of the Gross rental paid by your tenants/guests. Please note that all charges (utility bills, cleaning, laundry, transportation of guests, annual local tax, tourist tax and insurance, income tax, supplying the apartment with consumables, etc.) must be paid by the property owner or third party and will not be covered by us.
